How far in advance do we need to book?

We recommend at least five working days for groups under 30 and two weeks for larger groups. We will always try to accommodate shorter notice where possible.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Sessions at Alali Studio accommodate 10 to 45 guests. Eleven.Musa accommodates up to 100 guests for Game Guru, Art Menu, and larger corporate events.

Do you offer corporate invoicing?

Yes. We invoice on Alali Creatives Ltd letterhead and can accommodate procurement requirements including purchase order numbers and payment terms. WhatsApp us to discuss.

Can we combine activities across both venues?

Yes. We can build a programme that uses both spaces on the same day, with time allocated across sessions and a meal or drinks interval in between.

What does Art Menu by Daniba involve?

Art Menu is a dining experience at Eleven.Musa where each course is paired with a short creative activity curated by Daniba. It runs as a full session and is available for exclusive corporate hire. Contact us for details and pricing.

What is Game Guru?

Is the venue exclusively ours during the booking?

Yes. All corporate bookings are fully private. No other guests or walk-in visitors during your session.

What is included in the session price?

All materials, a live art instructor or facilitator, and setup and pack-down. Catering and drinks are available as add-ons.

Can we bring our own food or catering?

External catering is welcome at both venues. We can also recommend and coordinate catering on your behalf.

Where is parking available?

Street parking is available on Musa Yar'Adua Street. We recommend arriving by 9am for weekday sessions to secure parking easily.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full cancellations more than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but the session can be rescheduled.
